Refund Policy

•Refunds are granted if a transaction fails but money was deducted from your account.
•Refunds are not automatically granted for subscription plans once the service has been successfully activated and used.
•If you believe you were charged in error, you must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
•Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

•You can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store, Google Play, or the Web Dashboard.
•Cancellations stop the next auto-renewal. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
•Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must cancel it via the payment provider.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
